It's been over two months that we've left Gamboa. Only possible because of incredible community organization - spearheaded by my lab manager Gregg. He has organized weekly fruit and veggie deliveries for the whole town of Gamboa from the Merca, Panama's wholesale produce market. We mark down what we want each week on a googleform. Make a bank transfer. And these stunning bags of produce appear on our doorstep. Amazing.....! I don't think our meals have ever been so healthy.
That's a huge horde of veggies--so wonderful!!
