With the regular flow of fresh fruit and veggies from the Merca, we’ve been consuming produce in all kinds of different ways. The Merca plus the Vitamix have been a great combination. Plus this new vegan Gwen, a critical piece of that combo - always eager to jump into the kitchen to create something new. We have her building blocks at the ready - the top shelf of the freezer is now devoted entirely to smoothie supplies.
And this crate houses her nuts and seeds.
