The Shed

One of the most amazing things about northern New Mexico is the food.... slurby, gooey, cheesy, spicy, delicious goodness! We've been so enjoying our meals here. Tiny's, Tia Sophia's, Maria's. But maybe the best so far - the Shed.

 

Blue corn enchiladas, smothered in cheese and green chile, with pinto beans, pozole and red chile - incredible.....!
